I will Follow Jesus,   What does it mean to follow Jesus?

Luke 9:57-58  - Do not just follow Jesus where he goes,  Follow him for who he is!  Do it for his sake.  Do not do it to gain for yourself.  Jesus replied, Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.  Do not dwell in the earthly world

Luke  9:61-62  - Do not follow Jesus when it is convenient.  Follow Jesus with all your heart.  Give him your whole heart, soul, and Mind.  You cannot delay or do this partially.

Jesus said No one who puts his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.  Keep your eyes focused on Jesus and follow the straight and narrow path.

Luke 9: 59-60  - Do not put off following Jesus.  Do it now! 

Let the dead bury the dead.  Follow Jesus now because we do not know what is in store for us tommorrow.
